Bodybuilders head to Birkenhead to meet their fans

Pyramids preps for the latest fitness stars to arrive
 
This weekend, fitness fans across Birkenhead are getting another chance to meet two of the best bodybuilders in the business at Pyramids Shopping Centre’s sports supplement store, T-Nutrition.
 
This Saturday (10 November), followers of legends, Regan Grimes and Romane Lanceford will be able to meet the muscly duo at popular T-Nutrition – between 4pm and 6pm. The pair will be available for photos, signing autographs and answering any questions visitors may have for them. Event-goers will also be able to enjoy protein snacks and drinks, as well as product samples.
 
Regan is a Canadian professional bodybuilder who has been training in the gym since he was 17. He has now gone on to become an International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) pro bodybuilder and fitness entrepreneur, owning a clothing line business, and a gym.
 
Romane has 15 years’ training experience and at the age of 24, entered his first bodybuilding show. He has scooped nine national titles and is the most decorated amateur, men’s physical competitor from the UK, and is now also an official IFBB pro.
 
Derek Millar, centre director at Pyramids, said T-Nutrition’s star appearances are always a big hit with centre’s customers. He said: “We are looking forward to welcoming Regan and Romane to Pyramids this weekend. They are both exceptional athletes in their field and it’s always a pleasure to have such inspirational guests coming to meet the wonderful people of Birkenhead.”
 
This will be the third time this year that CEO of T-Nutrition, Trevor Goodwin, has brought heavyweight names to the Pyramids store. He said: “It’s an absolute honour for us that Regan and Romane will be meeting and greeting our amazing customers at the shop.
“The T-Nutrition team work extremely hard to offer an unforgettable shopping experience and I’m sure fans of these big players in the game will be really looking forward to chatting and spending a little bit of time with them.”
